“From the first call to the end of the work everything went without a hitch. We called and Trebor Clavette the “Head Monkey” returned our call the same day. The next day he came to review the scope of work and gave us the estimate and set a date for the work to be performed. We live on several acres on a very steep wooded view lot. The day the work was scheduled, Trebor and 2 other men showed up promptly at 8 AM and the 3 men worked steadily all day. All were knowledgeable, professional and more than competent at what they were doing. They all asked questions throughout the day to be certain of our needs and satisfaction with what they had done up to that point. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Tree Monkeys to anyone. “After you’ve lived an an area for many years, you accumulate a list of trusted professionals that you can depend on for quality work and competitive prices. Having recently moved to the Hendersonville area, I’m in the process of building a new list. Carolina Tree Monkeys performed impressively from start to finish. Trebor Clavette (the Head Monkey) arrived at the agreed upon time to scope the work and provided a verbal description of the work to be performed as well as an estimate. He followed that up within two days with a written statement of work. Trebor and his crew arrived on time, did what they said they would do, did not damage anything else in the process, and left a clean job site. I wish I could say that about all of the contractors I’ve hired but my experience is that this is the exception rather than the rule.

“The service Carolina Tree Monkeys provided is a clear Page of Happiness winner. All the work was done using a system of ropes and pulleys. It was amazing to watch ! Each branch on each pruned tree was evaluated then pruned. The results of their work are healthier trees, significantly improved aesthetics, and proper cuts to allow the trees to breath and flourish. If the trees could speak out loud, each one would have shouted thank you ! This work removed decades of neglect and literally created new life for the trees. The job estimate was right on target. There were no hidden costs and the job was fairly priced. The two oaks were over 60 feet tall. The magnolia tree was so compacted with growth in the center that the sun could no longer get through. This was a time consuming job performed in a patient and meticulous manner. The entire crew was polite and professional. The clean up was outstanding. This team was very respectful of the property. We cannot say enough good things about the team individually and the company. One of their philosophies, that speaks to the character of the business, is their commitment to donate a tree to replace trees they have removed. We call that caring about the future ! “This a wonderful tree service. They worked on a very large Hemlock with many dead limbs that was located in a backyard with many other trees, They were able to prune and remove all the debris without harming any of the ornamental landscaping. Meticulous attention to detail. Very courteous. Highly recommended.”
“These guys were great! Absolutely the best! I had a tree limb that was growing out over my 2nd story roof, as well as trees that need to be cut down close to my house. The guys came out, looked at what needed to be done and did it all in a da Gy! They cleaned up massive branches, trees – – everything! And did it all in a day. Absolutely the best! They damaged nothing! One branch in particular was about 40 feet long and grown over the house and was touching the roof. It was up over 35 feet and dangling over landscaping as well as the house. They scurried up the tree, attached ropes and pulleys, and got the darned thing down so perfectly I didn’t even hear it in my office. By the end of the day, it didn’t even look like they’d been there they cleaned up so well. They were so good I’m using them again to do some more clean up with some more trees that need to come down near some power lines. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!”

“Carolina Tree Monkeys were on time, went right to work and chipped the branches and moved the big logs for splitting. When they were finished they cleaned the area making it look like the mess was never there. It was ready for replanting. His men were well equipped with a big chipper and a dump truck.
